In laboratory testing, the pre-analytical phase is the most important phase for ensuring accurate test results. Veni Health & Wellness Phlebotomy takes great care to preserve the integrity of every specimen we collect or transport through our pre-analytical process. We do this by:
- Equipping every vehicle with centrifuges and coolers that are regularly inspected
- Delivering specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner
- Using only highly trained phlebotomists who are skilled in proper collection and storage methods
In addition, our company uses a proprietary software to help ensure accuracy and to make the entire process smoother for patients, physicians, and laboratories.
Phlebotomists employed by Veni Health & Wellness Phlebotomy:
- Are BLS and HIPPA certified, and licensed CPTs
- Have at least two years of experience in an acute phlebotomy setting
- Have completed an extensive background check and are drug tested
- Complete thorough field training and quarterly proficiency tests
